LAUNCH PAD SERVICES IS TOP NOTCH , as far as professionalism, courtesy, promptness with keeping appointments, Ease of working with their employees ( Especially ADRIAN & DAHREL), & PRICING . Since day one, my experiences with this A/C company have been TOP NOTCH. I was in need of a new A/C unit but was having difficulty getting financing, even with my original Supplier. After trying to sort thru all of the MANY ads on GOGLE, ETC. I requested a quote from LAUNCHPAD SERVICES, via via e-mail. Within two hours I received a call from a representative named ADRIAN asked for details about my needs. He was able to schedule an appointment to visit me @ home, the next day, to inspect the system, ask questions about my needs, financing, etc. This started a series of e-mail notices advising me of the appointment, date & time, etc. The morning of the appointment I again received a message that he was on his way. Arrived promptly on time. We talked for about 2 hours about my needs, PROBLEMS with my current unit, etc. , also visually inspected my unit. All of the information I provided he entered into his computer. After we discussed particulars about a replacement unit, he was able to check availability of unit, got approved financing for $ 10,500.00 & offered to start the installation the next day, a SATURDAY. I advised him that I am reluctant to begin projects of this magnitude on a weekend. Made arraignments for him to visit again on Monday to finalize paperwork after I talked with my wife for a joint decision to move forward. Again on time & within an hour of visit completed all paperwork needed, on his laptop. Committed to being able to start install on Tuesday 3/11/2025. Adrian & his co-worker Dwane, arrived @ 8:30 AM & by 5:00 PM. the old system was removed & new one was installed and operational. VERY VERY SATISFIED WITH MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH LAUNCHPAD SERVICES.. Adrian & Dwane both are assets to their Company. They are professional, courteous, polite, & thorough in all that they do. I was amazed that they were able to remove the old system and replace it with a new cement pad, higher capacity unit, vacuumed ducts, cleaned grills, new thermostat, & replaced paper filter with an electro static one. The new unit is very QUEIT, which is a blessing as it is located just outside of my bedroom window. Warranty is 10/10 for P & l, & SERVCICE CONTRACTS are available for only $ 19.00 . month. WITHOUT A DOUBT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LAUNCHAPD SERVICES FOR ALL OF YOUR A/C NEEDS.
